One collapse often sets off the next. A falling block knocks a beam loose, the beam hits a pig, and the pig crashes into a second tower. You will not always plan these reactions, but you can set them up. Aim so that debris falls toward other structures instead of away from them. When one hit cleans out half a room, you have found the chain.
Each bird behaves in its own way once it leaves the slingshot. Some hit hard on direct impact, others work better against specific materials, and each one rewards a different kind of shot. Learn what every card does before you commit to a plan, because a bird used in the wrong spot is a wasted launch.
Build habits around the cards you get. When a heavy hitter shows up, look for a stone base or a thick support. When a lighter bird appears, send it after weaker blocks or exposed pigs. Reading your hand and the structure together is the core skill of the game.
Try new birds on easy rooms first. You learn their arcs and impact feel without risking a hard level.
The game also features devastating destructive magic spells. These give you a way to clear damage from a room when birds alone fall short. Saving a spell for a tough room often saves the whole run.

Levels end with intense end-of-stage pig boss encounters. These fights are tougher than a normal room. The boss takes more than one hit, so you must keep damage going across several launches.
Plan your hand around that fact. Do not waste your strongest birds on the first shot at a boss. Open by weakening the defenses around it, then spend your best cards when the boss is exposed. A fortified arena punishes careless aim, so study the layout before you pull back the slingshot.

Boss arenas can include dangerous ground, and you can use that to your advantage. Slingshot momentum can push a boss pig toward a hazard such as a bottomless pit. Look for the edges of the arena and aim your shot so the bird shoves the boss in that direction. A well-placed hit beats several weak ones.
